Former Employee4.4Jun 9, 2025One of the best cultures of any company I've ever been in. Sure product (Talent Solutions specifically) may be simple and market is getting saturated, but LinkedIn remains a market leader with little/no competition, and the product-market fit is excellent.

Current Employee3.3Apr 8, 2025I have been at LinkedIn for a long time now (nearly a decade) and the company has drastically changed since then, especially since RR became CEO. It definitely feels toxic working there and the amount of stress we are under is very high with no increase in pay. Constant churnover which makes reps always having to do temp coverage as well.
