Sales Navigator is a surprisingly hard product to sell. It's bases so much on activation and utilization, you end up becoming a CSM for most of the role and upsell opportunities are few and far between.

Overall I have had a good experience. The sales culture is positive but there have been changes to the sales motion and incentive structure that are making it more difficult to achieve results and pay.
