It was great when i got there but post covid, the company has completely changed its identity. it is more difficult than ever to just break even. Constant change management and a revolving door of operating priorities. Good talent has been dropping like flies. Growth professionally has slowed tremendously and those who play the game the best are glorified. Lots need to change, but I can see myself making a move externally in the near future.

LinkedIn used to be the best workplace with an easy path to exceeding OTE. That is no longer the case. Performance based culture is in full effect. Leadership only cares about what you have done lately. Quota attainment in NAMER was 25% last year. Comp plan was adjusted to make it much harder to exceed OTE. Unmatched culture and learning potential. Certainly has it's problems and inefficiencies but if you want to experience growth, have quality upside in your earning potential, and work with good people aligned on a great mission - LinkedIn is the place.
