LinkedIn used to be the best workplace with an easy path to exceeding OTE. That is no longer the case. Performance based culture is in full effect. Leadership only cares about what you have done lately. Quota attainment in NAMER was 25% last year. Comp plan was adjusted to make it much harder to exceed OTE. LinkedIn hasn't figured out that you can't have below market OTE's and also copy SFDC's ruthless sales culture. Top performers are leaving quickly. Tbd if the business cares enough to do anything about it

This is a very stable and safe job if you are on the right side of the politics. If you are on the wrong side then there is nothing you can do that will keep you here past a year or so.
