Base is low compared to the market. At LinkedIn, SMB AEs all have at least 1-2 years of experience as AE so if you take into consideration, a 70k base in NYC is low. LinkedIn is a product leader in the space so that makes it easier to sell. However, numbers are so high that you need to sell a lot.
