Litera "boasts" the majority of the AMLAW 100 but the firms that work with them hate/distrust the company; most only work with Litera because they have to, not because they want to.

Former Employee3.6Mar 27, 2025I always enjoyed my coworkers and made great relationships. Leadership can be political so you need to be in their good graces. Quotas got high but I’ve heard they’ve since adjusted and gotten better.

Former Employee2.7Aug 19, 2025Leadership was a problem in 2021. It sounds like isn’t has since improved, but I would ask a lot of questions in the interview process about their product mix and plan to deploy new acquisitions to the market.
