Great people across the company and the core product is the leader in its space, so great PMF. Leadership is struggling to steer the ship now as the company looks to expand with its new products, especially after its somewhat recent acquisition. The Sales Team is seeing a lot of turnover and has been for about a year, so I would wait it out until things settle down a bit more.

New leadership over the past year has brought in a new perspective and undone a number of things that didn't make sense. Majority of the churn last year was not voluntary but performance based. A new process and way of selling is showing positive results and a continued upward trajectory.
