My experience was prior to LiveVox selling the company to NICE. My understanding is that NICE is not a good company to work for. They are not generous, they do not treat people well, they do not care.

Great company to work for, strong leadership in the sales organization, but livevox was positioning to be sold the entire time. NICE acquired them in October and major layoffs in January 2024. I retired and did not want to fight the ageism process again. 43 years was enough for me. I would have loved to work for NICE again

My overall experience was very positive for a majority of my tenure. The last year our culture changed dramatically and there was a lack of leadership. It was ultimately bought by NICE which was not a culture fit for me.
