Products are hard to sell due to decrease in market demand and the commoditization of remote support tools. Former Employee4.0Jun 29, 2023Was great until the buyout by the investment firm, then things got messy. They hire genuine people, though. The culture was great and I had a blast when we still worked in the office (before everyone went remote).
