Things have gone downhill in 2025. CRO was ousted. Many sales folks leaving due to unrealistic quota increases. Comp plans wrecked. My leadership is amazing but outside of that it’s a bit of a mess right now.

I had a decent experience, and from what I can see, a lot has changed since I last worked there. The primary challenges I experienced were a lack of diversity, and lacklustre sales training. Other aspects were OK, however, my experience there was coloured by these two aspects.
