Bad leadership. Revolving door of CROs, VPs, Managers/Directors, and reps. Leadership does not know how to address & accomplish any of their GTM plans, and the lack of interest from customers & no real need for the product gets pushed back onto sales as "bad sellers". I would not recommend selling for Lookout - reps do not hit quota and with the constant layoffs there is no job security.

My overall experience was great working at Lookout. I got introduced to cyber security from Lookout and fell in love with the industry. Lookout lacked sales enablement and overall message from top to bottom.
