Base salary is lower than average. Quotas are very difficult to hit. Product is behind in the market, which makes it difficult to make appealing for prospects to want to buy. Reputation in the market is negative, which is another strike against MRI. Been in a doomsday cycle for years with no end in sight when it comes to billing, support, and technical services. Inaccurate CRM with client names and spends helps nobody.

This is a very sales driven organisation. Good culture with some very good people. A fast moving company with lots of products to sell.

If what you used to sell was acquired by MRI, prepare for multiple years of growing pains. Difficult real estate market right now to expand and cross sell and manage existing accounts, as not many are buying any CRE software.
