My overall experience is that this company is too "corporate". Management gets in it's own way, sets goals, then constantly moves the goal posts. No feedback from the sales team on decisions that will directly affect the team.

Pros- Great culture, people, and frequent spiffs to incentivize overachievement. Annual presidents club trip and sales kick off trip were both very nice. Huge player in the market and some great clients that are loyal to the brand. Recently winning a good amount of business despite economic uncertainty. Amazing time off that starts very quickly.
