All they care about is acquiring new companies but once they are acquired have no plan to successfully integrate them into MRI. Software support is horrible and doesnt answer phone calls or return emails. Everything falls onto the AE and no matter how many times you ask for help, you will not receive it.

Current Employee3.1Apr 26, 2024My overall experience is that this company is too "corporate". Management gets in it's own way, sets goals, then constantly moves the goal posts. No feedback from the sales team on decisions that will directly affect the team.
