There have been moments where it feels like we could break out or at least hit the bottom so that we can start building back up, but leadership changes have the company repeating the same ideas, plays, and mistakes over and over again. It's like groundhog day.

When I was there, MURAL was hiring nonstop for SDRs without training the ones they had. They had little to no training for their SDRs, and we even had a sales leader with no SaaS sales experience.
