Org is growing too fast, promoting inexperienced/first-time managers, and struggling to support its reps. Still the best product in terms of competition and fit, but increasingly difficult rep experience.

Overall great product market fit, solid marketing and quality inbound opps, however they have over hired sales reps (and continue to do so) and so attainment has taken a huge nose dive.

Less and less people are hitting quota. AE's aren't converting opps nearly as much as they used to because close rates are starting to be looked at more closely. Company is behind targets as a whole and upper level leadership is starting to get very micromanagey. Not the same company that it was a year ago.

Terrific org setting monstrous targets and hitting them. Leadership is solid, growth is constant and the infrastructure improves right along with it. Zero visible weaknesses
