Overall MaintainX is a wonderful company to work for. While MaintainX is more established than it was when I first joined. there is still a hustle start up culture. We are pushing for lofty goals currently and there is a massive push to meet those goals in the sales Org. Leadership is very transparent on where we need to focus energy and they do their best to provide the tools necessary to meet the objectives they have set. Working in the SMB segment has its challenges. The average deal size is ~$1.1k so velocity and volume is the name of the game. It is hard to provide amazing customer service as an account manager when you manage 450+ accounts. But most customers are low touch. Overall really enjoy working for the company, culture is great, and the team members are a joy to work with.

Joining MaintainX was without a doubt the best decision I could've made. I've been in my role for ~5 months and work alongside an extremely talented bunch which makes for a great culture + the inbound pipeline engine is amazing. This company is taking off and I'm so glad to be a part of it!

Incredible workplace culture. Kind, supportive, motivating colleagues. Endless resources available for learning. Positive and welcoming atmosphere in the office space. Everyone wants to see their colleagues do well and every win is celebrated. Involved leadership who are approachable, knowledgeable, and eager help you succeed as a learner or new staff member.
