I really like it here. Tariffs can be a pain, and working with blue collar clients can lead to missed meetings as they’re constantly dealing with emergencies. With that said, MX clients are the nicest people on earth

A rare case of people still able to hit OTE if not hit quota. Management has put spiffs and kickers in place to boost earning power. Possible to hit 70-80% of your number but still come pretty close to OTE.

MaintainX Is working very hard to hit $100m in sales. The culture has of course changed because of this lofty goal. Internal promotions have become more difficult and are more focused on outside hires for leadership and senior sales rolls. The pay is fair and the accelerators are nice.

Lots of changes in a growing company. Be ready for change and shifting priorities, they recently switched the WFH model to 4 days in, 1 day at home IF you hit target the previous month. And no WFH on Mondays or Fridays. Growing pains are normal anywhere but if you thrive in chaos you will win, if not see you on PIP. People are great tho and the sales org is vibrant...Read More
