2025 is starting off feeling like a circus. They've always been below average on compensation, and now, by their own structuring, folks hitting quota is on a decline. Upper management is making decisions without input from frontline management. This is causing mistrust and turnover. Turnover then elevates the already present-chaos. Startups go through ebbs and flows. 2025 is not a good time to join this startup.

Great place to work and very competitive environment. Everyone is there to succeed and there is a ton of resources for training and development. One downfall of the BDR/SDR org is there is no clear path to promotion.
