MaintainX Is working very hard to hit $100m in sales. The culture has of course changed because of this lofty goal. Internal promotions have become more difficult and are more focused on outside hires for leadership and senior sales rolls. The pay is fair and the accelerators are nice.

The product is so good that inbound lead flow has never been a problem. That being said, being on an outbound team does not feel good at all. They haven't figured out the process and attainment is tanked as a result.
