The most toxic place I have ever encountered in my career. A commission structure that makes it impossible to hit OTE. Unachievable targets. By far the most incompetent management I have come across - backstabbing, obsessed with dashboards over results, no idea how to set territory (dont be surprised to be given SMB accounts in an ENT role), micromanagement gone...Read More

Overall experience was horrible. Inefficient and inexperienced leadership. Incredibly high turnover, especially in sales, sales leadership, sales ops, compensation (wink ;). Backstabbing solution architects. Non-existent new hire onboarding. Secretive leadership. No CSMs/TAMs any more. Terrible tech stack of tools for sales.
