Overall experience was horrible. Inefficient and inexperienced leadership. Incredibly high turnover, especially in sales, sales leadership, sales ops, compensation (wink ;). Backstabbing solution architects. Non-existent new hire onboarding. Secretive leadership. No CSMs/TAMs any more. Terrible tech stack of tools for sales. Running low on private equity funding. Sales organization tries to reinvent itself each year, including trying different sales methodologies and putting a new VP of Sales in place each year.
