Current Employee3.7Oct 17, 2025Great company and culture. I'd love to stay but there are not a lot of opportunities to move up in the org. 15 internal applicants for one manager role. They try to do initiatives for learning, training, etc. but it's hard to actually advance in role or compensation.

Former Employee2.7Sep 6, 2023My experience wasn't all that bad. I really left because the compensation was absolutely awful and no where able to maintain a lifestyle in the city that I lived in. I had to look for better and bigger opportunities and to hone in on my skills better with a more challenging role.
