Mastercard is a great company for B-Performers and they pay B-Performer Level. They won't ever be able to attract/ retain the very best talent so if you want to be by 4pm each day and live a mediocre life and never really get the best out of yourself - this is your organization.

Mastercard is a great place to work. Unlike other tech sales, there’s little chance you’ll make 500-600k per year, however you have virtually a guarantee bonus and a high based with best in class benefits (10% match on 401k, flex fridays, work from anywhere policy, big hsa contributions, etc).
