My overall experience was positive, difficult with order technology but you need to rely on the clientele.

Salary has slowly crept up, but is still well below market standards. Commission structure has been gutted with 50% commission payable at contract execution, 25% payable at software delivery (6-12 months out), and the final 25% payable at software go-live (an additional 6-12 months out).
