Terrible comp plan. Only pays out 50% of the base commission rate until you hit 50% attainment. Far fewer than 50% will hit their number this year. Lots of phony incentives to inflate that, but nothing that will actually lead to money in reps' pockets. Very bad executive leadership. Hard-pass on this place.

Medius is an organisation that is becoming a leader in the Accounts Payable space, as well as S2P. It will be interesting to see how this company performs in the next 2-3 years, as competition is fierce.
