Have to agree on the comp plan sentiment in the previous review. Quotas escalated significantly (20-40%) while the payout structure took a huge hit with the 50% requirement. Lead flow is almost non-existent. Not sustainable on many accounts. Hope some change is coming.

Medius is an organisation that is becoming a leader in the Accounts Payable space, as well as S2P. It will be interesting to see how this company performs in the next 2-3 years, as competition is fierce.
