Current Employee MedTrainer follows a hire-and-fire approach for BDRs. The advertised “BDR Academy” lacks structure most reps receive little to no ramp support. Marketing drives outbound through ABM, but targeting is inconsistent and often outside the ICP. Inbound leads account for the majority of demos.
Quota is tied to an outdated point system based on company size, not actual effort. The CRM is disorganized, causing frequent lead conflicts. Favoritism is performance-based, but creates a competitive, high-pressure environment with limited transparency.
Best suited for short-term experience not long-term growth.
