Absolutely horrible, they do not care about BDR's at all. They have a horrible training program, they will not support you at all. When you ask for help they say "just do better". You should run from this opportunity at all costs. They flash the quota payment in your face and leave you with no means to achieve it. They are a sink or swim sales company with horrible market penetration, they say most people have heard of them but 99.9% of the people I spoke to while dialing had never heard of MedTrainer. You will have no future here, please avoid.

It was a good job in the beginning, but then it started to become very hard, because there was no clear direction on how to reach your quota basically just throwing you out to the wolves
