Former Employee4.0Nov 3, 2025Good overall experience. Stayed there for 9 years. Loved my managers and team
Current Employee3.3Jul 23, 2024Good compared to other companies in the market. Incentive needs to be polished
Former Employee2.0Dec 3, 2024This particular division in Structural Heart was a horrible experience. Treat you just like a number and the training is insane. 6 months and they hold part of your variable comp until you pass training after the 6 months. Base is extremely low compared to others and for the amount of work that's involved you can find a better paying job for less work.

Former Employee3.7Jun 17, 2024Medtronic ENT is the leader in Navigation and nerve monitoring but I left because the products were falling apart. A lot of issues with the NIM and there isn’t much you can do as a rep to fix it besides just stand there and get yelled at. A ton of back order issues and leadership is currently being overhauled.
