My Overall experience has been extremely positive. The company prepares you for your customers and clearly explains the compensation structure. The clinical training is better than any company out there.

Overall Medtronic is a great company. Products are best in class but sometimes the size of the organization works against and not for the sellers. We haven’t figured out how to leverage our scale to maximum efficiency.

meh it's a job, management could be better, but they're overworked so I get it. I think the lack of decision making and vision from the top, and how it's communicated, doesn't trickle down very well. We need leaders to make the final calls, or let us make calls without sending us in random feedback loops just to stall for time, then when finally demanding...Read More
