Former Employee meh it's a job, management could be better, but they're overworked so I get it. I think the lack of decision making and vision from the top, and how it's communicated, doesn't trickle down very well. We need leaders to make the final calls, or let us make calls without sending us in random feedback loops just to stall for time, then when finally demanding confirmation due to a deadline, getting a rework request.
