Current Employee High market share, mature bag, good access to facilities and surgeons because of reputation and core platforms that are used by almost every surgeon and facility. Competition is growing and innovation and product refreshes have been slow and generally underwhelming. Leadership is struggling to digest a poor acquisition that could ruin the division, which has been trending down for several years. Almost everyone bad in sales leadership has been replaced, along with a few that were good. A new culture is forming, primarily because of one strong regional director. VP of sales is currently open (2025). President is currently interim. Marketing and sales training needs a complete overhaul. It feels like it may be coming. From a sales perspective any top leadership changes would be welcome. We have not had a smart, dynamic and gregarious leader for long time. There is hope that it is coming soon, but the more likely scenario would be “meet the new boss, same as the old boss.” Browse Other Reviews
