Loved my team and what I did. Was a clinical specialist role with no commission incentive and a ton of travel. Was a great role to break into the industry.

They care more about hitting rankings of top 100 than actually doing the job. Overall I work with great people but everyone is having to manage up to win. We are constantly distracted by corporate from doing our sales roles.

This particular division in Structural Heart was a horrible experience. Treat you just like a number and the training is insane. 6 months and they hold part of your variable comp until you pass training after the 6 months. Base is extremely low compared to others and for the amount of work that's involved you can find a better paying job for less work.
