Great product. Marketing and brand awareness are a total disaster. Low / no inbound flow or partner sourced deals outside of the Benelux homebase. Gtm motion is very unclear, managers don't manage and don't coach. Siemens back office integration causes more problems and delays than it solves. People are leaving across all functions. The future looks grim.

Merger with RapidMiner from Altair has caused mass chaos in the org. Territories shrunk by insane amounts while quotas ballooned to even more unattainable levels while OTEs stayed flat. Pipelines decimated with no holdovers. Management is increasing quotas for Mendix only while adding an additional quota for RapidMiner and another one on top of that for services....Read More
