One of the best companies I have worked for. The culture and leadership were exceptional. Never seen something like this. A shame that it got weakened with the time as it is becoming more and more Cisco. Compensation was below industry average, but due to the exception culture and product fit you had a lot of fun working there.

Meraki is a great company with amazing people. Cisco offers a lot to employees but is a massive organization with lots of tape so quick execution and creativity sometimes take a back seat. Great employer, great leaders and customers love the technology.

My overall experience is good at meraki. Leadership, culture and product fit are all 5 stars. The base and OTE are too low though. A couple years ago you could make up for pay through overachievement on quota and hitting accelerators. In 2024 and moving forward, quotas are becoming nearly impossible to hit for most reps.
