Current Employee Don't take my word for it, take the other reviewers (other than the 2 raving one's that were likely written by a certain person with the name that starts with a T).
Messagebird has lost their CPO (asha), CRO (grant), CMO, and COO all within a 12 month duration. Why do you think these people were let go or left on their own? Does that concern you? If so, who is the reason for them leaving?
Also, if they left/pushed out, wouldn't a company backfill those? Why haven't those roles been backfilled?
It seems like someone isn't very good at delegating or trusting their leaders.
The sales culture/management is hands down the most inept and immature I've ever seen. Why am I still here? I'm leaving and waiting for the commission check that was due to me from 15th of May ...
