Several reps in their first week were affected by layoffs... imagine leaving your previous job to join a company, only to be let go in your first week! (a signature move by Bird). The new marketing automation platform was launched too fast and lacks market fit. Sales management was aware of this but chose to hide it from the CEO, too afraid to speak up. The organization is a total mess—filled with yes-men. Trust the reviews.
