Excellent reps, which is amazing given the circumstances; however, the sales management is terribly unfit for the job, especially in the US. Several reps in their first week were affected by layoffs... imagine leaving your previous job to join a company, only to be let go in your first week! (a signature move by Bird). The new marketing automation platform was launched too fast and lacks market fit. Sales management was aware of this but chose to hide it from the CEO, too afraid to speak up. The organization is a total mess—filled with yes-men. Trust the reviews.

During my time at the company, there was a significant reduction in the sales team, with over 40% let go globally during a RIF. The CEO acknowledged the new solution wasn't yet a market fit yet made no adjustment on sales goals and maintained unrealistic expectations.
