Good product with bad positioning, management, and marketing team. Our competition sponsors most if not all events. Marketing is living in their own little bubble managing SDR's that have no incentive working with sales. Since the pandemic there have been a handful of layoffs, if you hit your number you're gone! BEWARE

I gave the main score for culture and leadership around the leadership part on the executives. Direct team and manager were fantastic and I would follow them anywhere, however, the top leadership and founders provide little to no value for customer meetings and overall direction of the company. The company has a sellable product but the leadership culture, from the top down, motivates its sales org to perform via fear. New leadership is very metric/KPI-motivated which is a breeding ground for micromanagement.
