Pros: Strong product-market fit; sells itself.
Cons: Toxic, incoherent management. I was the #1 revenue producer on my team and the only rep to hit full fiscal year quota, yet was terminated for "performance" based on arbitrary activity metrics.
Leadership manages by moving goalposts: they care more about meaningless outreach KPIs than attaining revenue.
Ramping is non-existent, support is zero, and success is punished if it doesn't fit their rigid, low-value activity box. Avoid.
