Overall my experience at Miro was great! However, over the years Miro has just not kept up with the market and rode the Covid product-led growth for too long.

Leadership is leaving the company and it looks like there is no clear vision. Many customers are churning on contracting as they still use Miro for basic use cases, which can be solved with Microsoft Whiteboard (already included in their package). Many CS got fired and SEs are leaving, so sales is doing three jobs into one. The high days are definitely over

Overall experience is Miro struggles to shift from a product lead growth company into enterprise selling. CSuite doesn't seem like they have the experience to lead Miro through this conversion.
