Miro is in a time of transition, has a very cool product but top level leadership is inexperienced. Some time to right the ship is needed.

I love Miro, truly. The product is great, and investments are being made in the right areas to improve the product value even more. Miro's CPO is doing all the right things. That said, Miro needs to pay reps more, bottom line. Retaining top talent is not possible when you're not paying close to market rate. Hopefully this changes going forward and for future reps!
