- Monotype is a fantastic place to work. - Great hook for selling, strong incentives for prospects to buy. - Base pay is pretty bad against the industry, not sustainable. - Commissions are fantastic as you are paid on the full contract value, this does offset the poor base salary. - Management are good but not the greatest.
