Former Employee My experience here was overall pretty good. I enjoyed the leadership and management structure throughout the majority of my tenure. Great culture, good diversity (but still pretty white dude centric). The base comp was average to good, but the incentive structure was a bit lacking. But if you have a stellar year, the incentives are pretty god and they don't cap any commissions. There was a significant leadership change toward the end of my tenure, and that dampened my experience. The original leadership and management focused on a human-first approach. The incoming leadership was less human-first focused. Overall a pretty good place to work. Would recommend.
