I feel sales leadership has become out of touch with reality. they dont seem to understand to which persona's we sell to leading to us having to outreach and netwerk on the wrong events. they also pushed us to focus selling on products that didnt had got market fit while ignoring well performing products. Overall the company has been performing less because of it.

Company has changed. 5 years ago, this company was a very different organization. Culture and leadership is toxic, high pressure boiler room sales environment. High profile executive departures. Product strength varies depending on segments but generally execution is severely lacking. Invest more in product development roles not middle management leadership...Read More
