Overall it has been good. Management has been really nice and the work/life balance is great. But, moving from an SDR job to an AE job is not really even in the cards, even for top performers.

Solid company with stable base of revenue. Cycle of Q4 push seems to cause a late entry into the next corner.

MSI is a market leader which is great. The problem is the executives mange everything for share price. Execs are very disconnected from the field. Add on to that terrible backend processes to really see the cracks
