Cuts across the business reducing morale of sales staff. Reduced commission in 2024 for Sales team. In some cases no commission. Supply chain issues and poor ETA’s hampering sales cycle.

My overall esperience is goog even if I see the culture change a lot. Inclusion and diversity is a value only in Uk HQ. The culture of early Zebra Motorola acquisition was far batter having a better mixed and balnced management. I suggest Zebra as first employer to get the taste of a channel driven company.
