Current Employee I take pride in representing a product and solution dedicated to enhancing safety in critical environments such as schools, hospitals, and public places. I also value the collaborative spirit and shared mission of my team.
However, I have observed that frequent shifts in the leadership's direction and narrative can present challenges. Furthermore, the current compensation structure, characterized by a comparatively low base salary, the fact that approximately 10% of representatives in VS&A achieve their quota, and an uncompetitive commission structure, warrants consideration.
While the channel partner model offers a strong foundation in certain regions, my previous territory was encumbered by strained relationships and eroded trust, which significantly impeded the achievement of business objectives.
