Good company overall. Many different segments and teams. Video security (Avigilon) is a solid product. Comp plan isn’t great. Great benefits, okay culture. Training could be better. Leadership are dashboard/SF managers and don’t provide much actionable value only thing that matters is forecasts that go up the chain. Typical “this quarter is the MOST important quarter EVER pull in an EXTRA 500k for Q4”This industry is through the channel and your success will be entirely dependent on timing and channel partners in region. Some great people who care also. Good mission statement/solutions actually help people and make schools etc safer.

My experience has been good. Often times it seems like the inbound reps get priority on the “better” outbound campaigns.
