Company is easy behind in compensation. We lose allot of sales personnel to other companies offering higher compensation of att least 20% more base.

MSI is a market leader which is great. The problem is the executives mange everything for share price. Execs are very disconnected from the field. Add on to that terrible backend processes to really see the cracks

Motorola is lagging behind the cloud-native CCTV market. They mostly copy Verkada when it comes to new products / features. The UK market is still an on-prem driven physical security market, and Motorola doesn't do much to push cloud-based products to end users and partners.
